PhDr. Magda Lažanská
Director of the Human Resources Management Department
Magda Lažanská is a graduate in political and economic sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. She first encountered work in the field of HR during her studies, when she worked as a personnel consultant at the Agentura Student company. After completing her studies, she joined the public relations department of the Office of the Mayor of Liberec, where she gained valuable experience in working with people at the highest levels of society. After taking parental leave, she returned to HR work in 2012.
She has extensive experience in the management and conception of personnel work, recruitment, and employee development – experience she has acquired at companies that focus on industrial automation and during her five years of working at PPF bank. She currently works at CertiCon as Human Resources Director.
Above all, she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her partner are raising three children together. Her other interests include foreign languages, psychology, and books.
